QAI Call For Presentations

The Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) and the Quality Assurance Association of Maryland (QAAM) are looking for practitioners who have an interest and ability to share their expertise and knowledge by presenting at the 7th Annual QAI & QAAM Regional Conference on September 10th -11th, 2008 in Baltimore, Maryland. The theme for this year's conference is "How to Manage and Control your IT Projects".

They are looking for presentations in the following general categories.

  • Testing Plans, Practices and Results
  • Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Quality Assurance and Product/Process Auditing
  • Test Automation Implementation Strategies
  • Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
  • Requirements Generation and Management
  • Risk Management and Project Oversight Techniques
  • Earned Value Management and Reporting
  • Process Improvement - Successes and Failures
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Project Size Estimation and Measurement Techniques
  • Industry Best Practices and Case Studies
  • ISO 9001, Six Sigma or Lean Practices
